• 1 - 4 nights - 1 guaranteed reservation. 5 - 7 nights - 2 guaranteed reservations.
• 8 - 10 nights - 3 guaranteed reservations.
• 11 - 13 nights - 4 guaranteed reservations.
• 14 nights - 6 guaranteed reservations.
Restrictions:
• Reservations have to be made in advance.
• Dress code applies: gentlemen must wear shirts with sleeves at all specialty restaurants, and they must wear long trousers at most of them. Appropriate footwear is also encouraged.
• Most restaurants are non-smoking.
• At certain restaurants there is a minimum age: For example at Gourmet El Museo at Paraiso Lindo and Gourmet L'Etoile at Paraiso Maya (12 years).
• Any extra reservation will be granted only if there is availability on the very same day. Guests are placed on a waiting list and they will be notified that afternoon.
